Claiming Your Auction Item

1. 24 hours after biding closes participant will be asked a skill question via email, if questions are answered correctly the winner will be able to purchase the auction item for the lowest unique bid amount. The following is and example of the type of skill question that we will ask: “What is the name of the team that won the 2007 Super Bowl?”
2. Participant has 48 hours to reply to the email, otherwise member automatically forfeits the auction item. Upon confirmation the bid amount will be deducted form the participant’s playersonly.net account. If there are insufficient funds the participant will be asked to deposit the bid amount in his or her playersonly.net account.
3. Bid item will be delivered to the address on file 10 to 14 days after the bid amount has been deducted from the playersonly.net account.
4. playersonly.net reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.

Virtual Chips

1. playersonly.net members may opt to receive Virtual Chips (V-Chips) instead of the auction item, unless stated other wise by playersonly.net

Prize

1. WSOP prize package includes air and hotel for one person. Prize package also includes $10,000.00 in Virtual Chips.
2. playersonly.net will provide the player with $10,000 in Virtual Chips in their playersonly.net Account, provided they furnish playersonly.net with a copy of their seat registration form for the Main Event.
3. The Auction is open to all playersonly.net members with active accounts (where active is defined as having placed at least one wager in the past 30 days)

The terms and conditions set out below form the basis of the binding legal agreement between playersonly.net and you, the Bidder, and sets out the terms and conditions governing your participation in playersonly.net Auctions on this site. These terms and conditions (and any amendments thereto from time to time) set out the entire agreement between playersonly.net and the Bidder to the exclusion of all other terms, representations or arrangements whatsoever.
Please read the terms carefully. By registering with playersonly.net you agree to become a potential Bidder and accept the terms and conditions set out below. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms on every subsequent occasion on which you use the playersonly.net site. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions then you should not accept them or continue to use the site.
playersonly.net is entitled to change these terms and conditions at its discretion. The new terms and conditions will govern all playersonly.net auctions that commence after the time when they are published on the site. playersonly.net will bring new terms and conditions to the attention of Bidders by referring to them on the screen first accessed by Bidders when they visit the site. As the terms and conditions may change from time to time, the Bidder should update their knowledge of the terms regularly.
Definitions

"Bid"	means a proposal by a particular Bidder to pay a particular amount in Sterling for a product or service in a playersonly.net Auction;
"Bidder"	means a person who having registered in accordance with these terms submits a Bid;
"Bid Increment"	means the step amount separating possible Bids;
"Bid Limit"	means the maximum number of Bids that will be accepted in a particular playersonly.net Auction per individual Bidder, if so required.
" playersonly.net Auction"	means the particular auction format described in this agreement;
"Closing Date"	means the date on which a playersonly.net Auction will close, unless extended, already closed or cancelled at playersonly.net’s discretion.
"Item"	means one unit of a particular product service on offer where a particular playersonly.net Auction may consist of one or more identical Items;
"Processing Charge"	means a charge that is levied for each Bid made;
"Qualifying Question/s"	Means the qualifying question that will be presented to the eventual lowest unique bidder at the close of the auction. The questions will be decided and set by playersonly.net and any answers given shall be judged by playersonly.net Should any one of these question/s be answered incorrectly then the Bidder will not be eligible to win the auction;
"Quantity Available"	means the number of items that are available to be won in a particular playersonly.net Auction;
"Required Bids"	means the minimum number of bids required for a particular playersonly.net Auction to be deemed successful in order that an auction may close on the date specified;
"Successful Bidder"	means the sole Bidder that is determined to have the right to purchase a particular product /service on a playersonly.net Auction as per this agreement;
"Successful Unique Bid"	means a Bid that is not the same Bid as any other Bid for a particular Item in a particular playersonly.net Auction where the Bidder has answered all the Qualifying Question/s correctly (if applicable);
"Unique Bid"	means a Bid that is not the same Bid as any other Bid for a particular playersonly.net Auction;

The Concept

1. For each particular playersonly.net Auction playersonly.net will determine the following:
1. The product /service for sale by auction.
2. The Closing Date of the auction.
3. The Processing Charge per Bid.
4. The Bid Increment.
2. If applicable, playersonly.net may specify the following:
1. A Bid Limit for a particular playersonly.net auction; and
2. The Quantity Available.
3. A given playersonly.net Auction will close and a Successful Bidder will be selected as per clause (4) of this agreement under any one of the following circumstances:
1. On the Closing Date of the auction where playersonly.net chooses not to extend the Closing Date.
2. At a date before the Closing Date at playersonly.net discretion.
3. Should the Closing Date of the auction arrive and the Required Number of Bids has not been reached then playersonly.net reserves the right to extend the Closing Date for additional periods of up 30 days by determining a new Closing Date(s).
4. At the Closing Date, the Successful Bidder will be determined as per clause (4) of this agreement. playersonly.net may at its discretion and at any time following the close of the auction, place other identical or similar products /services in a different playersonly.net Auction. No Bids placed in any individual playersonly.net Auction will count as Bids in any other playersonly.net Auction. In addition the auction variables (Processing Charge etc.) may differ between individual playersonly.net Auctions, even though the product or service that is being auctioned is either identical or similar.
5. The retail price or market value of the product /service on offer may be stated as part of the description of the product service on playersonly.net Auction. While playersonly.net will endeavour to ensure that this information is as accurate as possible, playersonly.net does not warrant that this information is correct or that the product /service is not available at a lower price.
6. playersonly.net is the sole determinant of the answers to the Qualifying Question/s and its decision shall be final and binding on the Bidders.

Making a Bid

1. The success of such a concept relies on fair and honest participation by Bidders. A Bidder must not in any circumstances disclose details of their Bid to any other person before the Closing Date. In particular, a Bidder must not collude or enter into any arrangement of any sort with any other Bidder(s).
1. In order to make a Bid, a Bidder must be aged 18 or over and entry of a Bid is on the basis that you are aged 18 or over.
2. A Bid is only considered accepted once payment of the Processing Charge(s) has been physically recorded as a received payment in the playersonly.net system.
3. playersonly.net reserves the right to cancel any Bid without making a refund of the applicable Processing Charges under any one or more of the following circumstances:
1. The Bidder provides any false, misleading or invalid information of any kind when registering or placing a bid.
2. A fraudulent credit card is used to purchase Credits to pay for the relevant Processing Charge(s).
3. The bank or other credit institution reverses the credit card transaction for any purchase.
4.  A Bidder co-operates in any way with another Bidder when placing a Bid.
5. Any other breach of this agreement.
6. The Bidder exceeds or attempts to exceed their Bid Limit for a particular playersonly.net Auction
4. playersonly.net reserves the right to cancel any Bid and offer a refund of the applicable processing Charges in V-chips to the Bidder's playersonly.net Account under any one or more of the following circumstances:

1. If the Required Number of Bids (applicable for each item in the case of multiple item auctions) has not been reached (whether the Closing Date of the auction has arrived or not)
4. playersonly.net reserves the right to offer a different item to the one advertised to an equivalent value of the amount bids received on a particular auction in the following event:
1. A playersonly.net auction fails to receive the minimum required bids before the end date of an auction or before the extended end date of an auction.
5. If multiple Items are available for a particular playersonly.net Auction, then each bid will be allocated to one of the Items automatically by playersonly.net (all bids placed in the same instance will be allocated to the same Item).
6. playersonly.net shall not be liable for any causes preventing the receipt of bids for any reason, including but not limited to an overload of the telephone service centre, failure of the hardware or software providing access to the Internet or any other technical difficulties whatsoever.

Determination of the Successful Bidder

1. The Bidder that places the lowest Unique Bid is determined the Successful Bidder for that particular playersonly.net Auction Item thereby having the right to purchase the particular product /service for the amount of the Lowest Unique Bid. 
2. Should there be no successful Lowest Unique Bid then the Successful Bidder will be selected from the lowest Bid with exactly two Bids with the Bidder who answered all the Qualifying Question/s (if qualifying question/s have been asked for that particular product) correctly and Bid first at that Bid being selected.  Should there be no Bid with exactly two Bids where either Bidder answered all the Qualifying Questions correctly (again if qualifying questions have been asked), then the process is repeated for the lowest Bid with exactly three Bids and so on until there is a Successful Bidder.
3. Should the Successful Bidder fail to pay for the product /service within 30 days of the Closing Date then the right to purchase the product service at the Successful Unique Bid will be forfeited.
4. There may be a period of up to 72 working hours from the Closing Date until the auction results are announced.  This period is to allow for the reconciliation of Bids and the auditing of results.

Payment of the Processing Charge

1. The Bidder warrants that he/she is the owner of the credit/debit card and is authorised to make use of it for the purposes purchasing Credits for participating in playersonly.net Auctions.
2. playersonly.net uses one or more third-party payment service providers for the acceptance of payments for playersonly.net Auctions.  While playersonly.net has endeavoured to ensure that due care is exercised in handling credit/debit card information, including the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for the transmission of sensitive information over the Internet and industry standard encryption for the storage of sensitive information as well as password / firewall access controls to this information, playersonly.net will not be liable for any compromise or misuse of this information.

  Delivery of Products/Services

1. The delivery of the product and/or the service to the Successful Bidder is subject to payment in full of the Successful Unique Bid by the Successful Bidder.
2. Any transfer and/or delivery costs which are payable in addition to the successful Bid will be stated in the particulars of the relevant playersonly.net Auction, and must be paid by the Successful Bidder.
3. It should be understood that playersonly.net is not the supplier of the products /services , and that the products /services may be supplied to Successful Bidders directly from the suppliers and/or the producers and/or the importers and/or the service providers , subject to the conditions stated in this agreement.
4. Guarantees for products /services will only be provided as stated in the auction description for each particular playersonly.net Auction (no mention of a guarantee will imply no particular guarantee).  Your statutory rights are unaffected.
5. Except to the extent that is required by law, playersonly.net is not responsible for the quality of the product, its fitness for purpose, its faults and/or unsuitability causing loss or damage to the user. 

Data Protection and Privacy

1. playersonly.net acknowledges its duties under the Data Protection Act 1998 as a data controller.  playersonly.net will not sell personal Bidder information to any third-party, or use that information other than for the performance of this agreement without the express consent of the Bidder.
2. playersonly.net may however, disclose such personal information without consent if required to do so by law, or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement or governmental authority.
3. playersonly.net would, in conjunction with the relevant suppliers of a particular product /service on a playersonly.net Auction or similar products, wish to make use of personal information to make alternative offers in relation to such a product /service .  If the Bidder wishes to take advantage of this opportunity to receive offers or information in respect of the types of products on which they submit a Bid, please tick the box below the button.

Publicity

1. playersonly.net may, at its sole discretion, release any information concerning the status of a playersonly.net auction during the course of an auction.
2. Each Bidder acknowledges that, if he/she becomes the Successful Bidder, playersonly.net will be permitted to publicise his/her name, surname and location (not their personal address), Bid, and the product /service , which was the subject of the relevant playersonly.net Auction.
3. playersonly.net may, at its discretion but is not obliged to, make the Bid of each individual Bidder, or any other information relating to a particular playersonly.net auction, publicly available after the Closing Date.

Liability

1. playersonly.net shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.
2. playersonly.net shall not be liable to any Bidder or Successful Bidder for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this agreement or otherwise).
3. Without limiting the preceding clause, the liability of playersonly.net under this agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed the greater of
• (a) $50, or
• (b) an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by or to you in the playersonly.net Auction to which such liability relates, regardless of the cause or form of action.
4. Nothing in this agreement limits playersonly.net liability for death or personal injury resulting from playersonly.net negligence, or any other liability which may not by law be excluded.  Any statutory rights you may have as a consumer remain unaffected.
5. playersonly.net excludes all and any liability whatsoever for any third-party advertising which may appear on this site or with respect to the contents of any third-party controlled website which may be accessed by means of any link from this site and gives no warranty or representation that any such links are virus-free or that the contents of any third-party website are accurate, complete, accessible in whole or in part or are fit for any particular purpose.

Severance

1. If any provision of this agreement shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this agreement which shall remain in full force and effect.
2. If any provision of this agreement is so found to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question shall apply with such modification(s) as may be necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
